Delivery

Once your jewellery leaves my studio, it is delivered by Royal Mail.

United Kingdom:
Royal Mail 24 with a delivery estimate of 1-2 working days. Most packages fit through standard letterboxes, and do not require a signature.

Please expect delivery delays from RM during busy periods, such as Christmas.

Do you accept returns?

Fidget rings and all non-personalised items can be returned for a full refund. This must be done within 30 days of receiving the item.

Personalised items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged, or are lost in the post. This is because they are unique to you, and can often not be resold.

All return postage must be paid for by the buyer.

What is recycled silver and gold?

Recycled .925 sterling silver and 9ct gold are exactly the same as their non-recycled counterparts. They are just as strong, valuable and beautiful.

The only difference is in the source - recycled bullion is salvaged, cleaned and refined from scrap. Most bullion suppliers now supply only recycled silver and gold, as it is an eco-friendly alternative and just makes good sense!

How do I find my ring size?

If you don't know your size, please purchase a plastic UK ring sizer from the shop, or another retailer. These are very easy to use, and give an accurate measurement. Please make sure it gives lettered UK sizes.

Will my order come in a gift box?

Yes! Each piece will come in its own gift box, with my logo. My boxes are eco-friendly!

I believe in minimal packaging, so your postal box will not contain any tissue paper or other packaging material. Just your gift boxed jewellery, a care card and a business card!

What about hallmarking and aftercare?

Silver pieces under 7.78g and solid gold pieces under 1g are not generally hallmarked due to their weight and/or design.

Any silver or gold over these thresholds will carry a hallmark from the London Assay Office, as legally required.
